Shipping & returns
Simple delivery across India, and an easy way back if something isn't right.
Shipping
- Delivery is free on orders above ₹2,999. Below that, shipping is ₹149.
- Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within 2 business days and usually arrive in 4 to 7 business days.
- Tailored and made-to-order pieces take 7 to 14 days to stitch before dispatch. We confirm the date when you book.
- You will receive your order status in your account and can look it up any time on Track order.
Cash on delivery
Pay when your order arrives. Cash on delivery is available across India at checkout, with no extra fee.
Returns and exchanges
- Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
- Tailored, altered and made-to-measure pieces are cut for you, so they can’t be returned. If the fit is off, we’ll alter it free of charge.
- If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
How to start a return
Email hello@sajhvi.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason. We’ll arrange pickup and refund to your original payment method, or to you directly for cash on delivery orders, within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the piece.
Cancelling an order
You can ask us to cancel until the order ships. Cancelled orders go back into stock straight away.
