Ordering and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery is available across India. Online payment by card, UPI and net banking is being switched on shortly; until then, choose cash on delivery at checkout.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders and track them in one place. Create one.
How do I use a coupon?
Enter the code in your cart and press Apply. The discount is shown before you place the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders usually arrive in 4 to 7 business days. Tailored pieces are stitched first, which takes 7 to 14 days.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders above ₹2,999. Otherwise it's ₹149.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order with your order number and phone number.
Sizing and tailoring
How do I find my size?
Use the size guide. If you’re between sizes, take the larger one or have it tailored.
How does custom tailoring work?
Book a visit to our studio. We take your measurements, you choose the style and fabric, and we stitch it. See tailoring services.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 7 days if unworn with tags. Full details on Shipping & returns.
Can tailored pieces be returned?
They are made for you, so they can't be returned, but we alter them free if the fit isn't right.
